Ordered online. Started to pick up but saw the order was not correct. Said I could wait while they finished with the customers they were helping. Rico made a big deal out of fixing the order. Said “ not everyone is perfect like you” Finally got him to fix it, then he proceeded to stare me down. The co-worker tried to calm him down. Go here often and never had problems until today, the ladies are very friendly and helpful.

Even when you clearly show the workers it went through and it charged you money they’ll just give you blank stare and won’t apologize, just give you attitude about it. Genuinely don’t understands how this happens all the time, today was the last straw.

Quality of the food is okay. but the employees are terrible. I placed an online order today directly through the subway.com website and showed proof of my purchase but their systems were down and they didnt get my order they still refused to make my sandwich unless i paid cash even though i showed them my purchase. Manager was not in and even though i was being kind and like no i totally get it.. its fine i used to work at subway for 2 years and was a manager at a subway in utah in 2015.
