I don’t ever write 1 star reviews, but this was absolutely disgusting and too much. The old woman at the counter didn’t even apologise after I found a BLACK HAIR in my sandwich. This was after a 20 minute walk there and home. She wouldn’t even remake the sandwich, just tossed me a refund and some cookies I didn’t want. Absolute joke of hygiene and customer service. Place should be shut down for hygiene issues.
I usualy do not rate 1 star easily. However the old woman servicing was very frustated if asked for more carrots only used to ad 2 shreds. The sub were just 2 veg delights foot longs. When asked to see why only 2 shreds the other young boy at the counter said are you a rabbit. No manners to deal with customers, best to walk a bit more to get to another subway if you craving one.
They overcharged me and they were really sketchy looking
Made the mistake of ordering online, Hardly any lettuce, 2 pieces of tomato, no ranch dressing, wasn’t extra toasted as I requested and the list goes on. Unfortunately for the workers, I worked at subway for 3 years and know just by looking at it that it’s very incorrect, subway has super precise formulas for the subs and this is absolutely horrible!! Even worse when I called and asked if I could get extra olives and have it extra toasted, I was “greeted” by what sounded like an angry teen that hated his life and didn’t care... read more
