We’ve lived in this area for a few years, this store used to be decent. In the last year it’s gone down hill. Every time we put an online order in it’s never done in time or correct. When we go inside the workers are moping around. Tonight when I walked in the brunette behind the counter was chatting with a couple her age, stating she’s not that busy she just has a bunch of online orders, then smiled and asked if I had one realizing I heard the comments. By far the worst subway, all.you taste is bread, instructions....don't bother they aren't read. Don't waste your time here!
Went there about 2 hours after opening hours and it's still closed, so apparently the associates can't follow their schedules, but this is also my local subway and usually I go out of my way to go somewhere else because the associates here are never friendly and make you feel like ordering a sandwich is like asking them to go out of their way for you, even if it's their job. Great sandwiches, great service. Seems like they are always cleaning, which is a GOOD thing!!! Counter looked GREAT and FRESH!! I'll go back again soon!! The above review was 5 years ago when they advertised 5 dollar footlongs..... Well, THAT's no longer!!
Very sad customer service. No customers and wouldn't even take 1 minute to help us with a phone problem.
