I came today at 11 PM and the lady who helped me was SO RUDE. I placed a mobile order and when I came to pick up she said with an attitude “pickup or order” I responded I’m picking up she said “name” I told her my name and she sighed with attitude and shook her head no and said “last name” like was I supposed to read your mind that you wanted my first AND last name? This is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a Subway. I came to pick up an order and the woman working there didn’t even say hello. No greeting, no courtesy — just a horrible attitude and a nasty look like customers are a burden. The black-lipped girl was rude, her attitude is scary, she looks like a monster, she is unprofessional and completely disrespectful.
