Worst service and half-assed subs ever! Avoid this location. Go to the one on Gilbert & Southern instead. I've never had an issue at that location. Their employees need basic customer service training!!
Came into the store, asked for a footlong Subway Club, and a footlong Ham sub. The Indian lady with the thick accent who served me saw I was using a coupon where the sandwiches would cost $13.99 for the two. She told me I had to pay extra for the roast beef when it already comes in a subway sub? I continued to tell her that I’ve never had to pay extra for roast beef and I always order the same subs with the same coupon that I get in my mail. Ordered a titan turkey sub.. This is not a titan sub It’s supposed to have provolone yet there is no cheese at all.. on top of that there is barely any protein in the sandwich at all! How do you make a sandwich that should have cheese and not put cheese on it? Attention to detail is not a quality these employees have.
