Employee manuel says i close it early cause it’s slow
“I have been eating at this Subway for a long time, but it always feels like the meat portion is very small. Today it felt even less than usual. Also, the staff there often seem a bit rude. As customers, we would really appreciate being spoken to politely. When staff are friendly and respectful, it makes us want to come back and eat here again.”
The problem was 2 items out of three were wrong. The tea was sweet tea and the chips were missing. I ordered through Uber Eats and this was just sloppy. I can't even get a refund apparently. I've eaten here many times sans issue but this is bad.
I came to order food in the evening, when a delivery guy came and asked if the delivery was ready. A hotel person should never say such a bad word.😡😡😡
They forgot all my sauces on my mobile order… dry sandwich.
