I walked into the subway on Thursday about 6:15 PM. There were two employees helping only two people ahead of me. Time dragged on for the workers seemed like they did not know how to serve the two customers. Looked at my watch again and 20 minutes had past and they were still helping the other two customers. Needed to go to an appointment at 7 PM, so inquired about what time they closed. One said at 9 PM. So left to make the appointment on time, thinking be back around 8:30 PM.
