paid online, walked in, guy says they don’t have my order. Literally show him proof of purchase, order number, and online receipt. still says they don’t have my order. i then ask how many more orders does he have to make and he looks at me like he does understand the question. why was it so hard for him to say “want me to make it for you when i’m done” hell i literally waited in their for 15 minutes and he ignored me until i spoke to him like 3 different times. How can you guys get rid of the spicy Italian and if you haven't, train your employees
My husband and I decided to come to this Subway because the other one that was close to our house isn't the best. What great customer service! The restaurant is clean, the food was yummy, and Keshia was so friendly! She is the epitome of what great customer service should be! Her customer service, friendliness and pride she takes in her job was a topic of conversation between my husband and I. This woman needs a raise or promotion or something! We'll definitely be returning to this location from now on.
