They don’t really care about the service , NO RESTROOMS AVAILABLE not even for customers
Absolutely the worst subway I've ever experienced.... when I was there the guy behind the counter who's the only employee was arguing with his girlfriend on his phone the entire time and refused to take my order after 15 minutes I left absolute garbage service
Ordered 10 sandwiches 2 hours ahead of time, got a call 15 minutes before pickup that 2 were out of stock and so the whole order was cancelled, poor woman on the phone is the only one working and trying to help me while getting yelled at by her manager in the background about my order, so now I’m late for a work event at a Little Caesars getting emergency pizza. Super nice and apologetic woman though.
If you want to stand in an empty store and have to call out several times for assistance, this is your place! If you want a sloppy sandwich with the wrong condiments smeared all over the paper, this is your place! If you want unidentified black and green chunks in your ice, this is your place! If you want the lady on the phone who identifies as the manager, who has no manager above her and yells at you on the phone because SHE knows she put the right mustard on the sandwich, this is your place.
