Nasty, nasty young people working behind counter that feel they can talk to customers in a derogatory tone and manner as they please. It was all I could do to hold back the big muscular biker dude who was heading around counter to educate the skinny punk in the error of his ways. And I will reiterate what I told the employees before leaving…”you NEVER know how people will react, so be careful what you say” We will avoid that franchise at all cost.
