I typically don’t give fast food spots 5/5 stars, just because it’s hard to justify in the context of everything I’ve reviewed food-wise. On top of that, I haven’t been to a Subway in years, and usually clown on it for being a pretty sad sub sandwich experience. My friend and I have been going to this Subway every week or so for a couple of years. We've often commented to each other how unfriendly the counter staff are, and that they appear to be unhappy. All seem unhappy, but the worst is the women that wears glasses that are often down a bit on her nose so she can see over them. She was so rude on our last visit that we decided not to buy subs there again until she is gone. Bought a footlong to-go. They packed a 6-inch. They did not answer the phone when I realized at home and called. Then I had to deal with an annoyingly inefficient AI chat bot online. Hopefully they make it right and refund me. Edit: I’ve attempted to contact the business several times. I even messaged online. Absolutely no word from them. Edit 2: Still no word from them and they still ignore phone calls. Horrible service and they stole my money.
