Employee and Supervisor very rude and disrespectful. The meat on my sandwich was not fresh. I returned the sub and the Cashier told me that she is not giving me my money back . I reached out to the Supervisor she stated that she would return my money. It has been almost a month and I still have not received my refund after multiple communications with the Supervisor. Now getting my bank involved when I should not have too

I dont always do reviews, but my experience here was horrible. The customer service representative person with grey and black dreadlocks was very rude. I asked if they could use a clean knife to cut my sandwich since I didn't want cross contamination with other meats and he says we don't have clean knifes and I can't clean a knife for you because we are busy. Thereweres only 3 people eating their sandwich and nobody else. They weren't doing anything either. I said every subway I have gone to are understanding and nice and us... read more
