Employees in the back did not show up until I yelled hello. Asked for a water cup and was told it was unavailable when I literally came here yesterday and got one. Was told they didn't have the sauce I asked for so I told him it's right there. Just bad!
On May 29th, 2025, at 6:20 PM, I visited this location to pick up dinner on my way home from work. Upon entering, I was not greeted or acknowledged for about three minutes. After that time, a younger woman appeared and began preparing food. I let her know that I wanted a half turkey sub on wheat bread. We arrived 30 minutes before closing time, we typically don't like doing that , but the employee was welcoming and made us a good sandwich.
Please dont go this subway store, very rude service
Horrible experience here. The guy making me sandwich toasted it without asking me and when I said I didn’t want it toasted, he got mad at me and had an attitude because I didn’t stop him when he put it in the toaster. I told him he didn’t ask and I hadn’t noticed until it was done. And he started yelling at me And threw my sandwich in the trash as I walked away.
