I have been visiting this Subway since it’s the closest to my home, but I am consistently disappointed. I never reported it before, as I assumed the service issues were because mostly college kids are employed here. Today, however, was unacceptable. When I ordered Italian Herb & Cheese bread, I was told it was “out of stock.” Yet, I could clearly see a full rack of it. The lady working refused to make a pizza for my toddler. She told me it took a minute to cook and that she couldn’t do it because that was too long. Mind you were the only people in the store.

Placed an order online that was processed and charged my card but the restaurant was closed. I go to the restaurant the next day showing my receipt my processed payment and the email with the order number and the manager still would not give me my order. All I wanted was my order no refund or nothing and he says it’s nothing I can do but try to hunt down the supervisor on el dorado
