What the route customer service
Best subway store I have visited in San Diego hands down. Attentive and active staff! Juan and Pinky were both visible and working to prep or clean during my entire visit. Quality of ingredients and preparation of my sandwich was outstanding! Restroom very clean. Everything stocked! These two did an amazing job and I will go out of my way to visit again. Hard for a large chain with many franchises to stick out but they absolutely did!
Big employee did not wash hands after gathering trash!!! I politely asked him to wash his hands before starting my sandwhich, since he stopped collecting trash to serve me, but he kept saying they were clean. Seeing he was going to be unsanitary i walked out!!!🤮
