Terrible lady pretending to not understand English ruined my husband sandwich. She just wanted to close early and yelling at customers, we closed. Middle of making his sandwich, refused to finish his sub the right way and put whatever she felt on it. Was terrible. My kid was there and her sandwich was already made or else he would have left. He just took what she made him and left. Tried calling today to get someone who cares, and they don't answer the phone.
I placed an order on the subway app so I could just stop by and pick up my order during my lunch break. I’ve never came into this location before but it was the closest one. Normally I just have to show my order on my phone to verify my order but the cashier was demanding I show my ID. I told her I left my wallet at work because I work 2 min away and I didn’t have it with me, she talked over me and refused to give me my order.
