I placed an order on the subway app so I could just stop by and pick up my order during my lunch break. I’ve never came into this location before but it was the closest one. Normally I just have to show my order on my phone to verify my order but the cashier was demanding I show my ID. I told her I left my wallet at work because I work 2 min away and I didn’t have it with me, she talked over me and refused to give me my order. Even by showing her that I ordered on the subway app and not Ubereats or DoorDash she plain refused... read more
First off....they made me payed for someone else who was in line even though i had said "IT'S SEPERATE"and I asked for it to be refunded and all she said was "im sorry ma'am"..and did nothing else...the meat wasnt fresh either. .. don't know how is rated this high. Would not recommend
