If you thought you’ve give up on subway 5 years ago, let this location change your mind. I haven’t had subway in years. I come here, my husband and I are greeted and had the best subs made for us. It made our whole day. Everyone was so nice. The place was so clean. The food was fresh and flavorful. Milly (I think) made our subs and she has been curating subs for years. She’s passionate. It’s hard to find these days. Amazing job!
My wife and I LOVE subway. We visited this location and the young girl behind the counter apparently had an issue with my service animal. I’ve had my service animals for 10 years after serving 15 years in the military. I’m a disabled vet and need his assistance. She immediately asked if it was our dog when we walked in and I stated it was. She responded with well he’s not allowed even if it’s a service animal. Employee added a $2.32 tip to my ticket. I asked him to remove the charge. He says he cannot, ask who can he says the manager his Mom. He will not say when she will be there. Then curses at me tells me to leave. In the end 4 of Frisco PD show up. Police were plesant and got me my $2.32 back. Will not come back.
Great people, fast service and fresh food. Tip very well deserved 👏
Never in my life have I had a person at subway count the amount of pickles that are on my sandwich and refuse to give me more than 6 for a foot long sandwich!
