lady at the front was super rude about everything
Zella was our person. Rude. No saying hello how are you. We stood there for a good minute until she said you want something. I asked for a wrap. She says we don’t have wraps. Only bread or flat bread. No apology or anything. Shook her head like irritated when my husband forgot salt and pepper on his. Just very rude. I will say when we walked in a very nice young lady looked at me and very nicely told me where the restrooms were. I told my husband i wish she was at the subway. I hope this gets back to her. I travel around the country and one thing I hate is after driving 11 hr I have to get an order how the preparer feels like making! ,which rude and hating her job, rather than getting what I paid for and ordered i get what she feels like without listening to a word I said without remorse knowing she was wrong. I would not suggest, maybe after a class in anger management and customer service but subway never again!
