It was really good and fresh. The place was very clean, the floors were not sticky, and the staff was very friendly. Great customer service overall! You get a free cookie for ordering on the Kiosk
Can only order via kiosk and got turned away. The kiosk doesn't let you order the way you want your sandwich.
I walked in past the order here screens. Was asked if I wanted to order. I mentioned I did and she said go please order on the screens provided. I mention what if I don't want to use the screen. She said the order has to come that way. I said. Tell them that you all have lost a client because of this. Why force anyone to something we don't want to do? Is this really how you all think? Is this what you call customer service?
Can only order on kiosk which refuses to allow daily specials 🤬
