1. No one spoke english, 2. Place smells bad. Yeah if you like subway then go but honestly this place needs local staff or its never going to get better.
This location needs to close. Service is a joke. Placed an order for two sandwiches, tried to tell us someone already picked the order up and continued to argue about it. Left with two sandwiches that were not made correctly. Just looked at other reviews for this place… not sure how they’re even in business still.
They handled a complex order perfectly. Quickly made the sandwiches as ordered. Will go there again.
I placed an online order this evening for two footlongs BOGO 50% off. When I arrived at the store and went inside, the girl behind the counter barely greeted me and I told her I was picking up an online order and she just nodded as I stood to the side, assuming she was making my sandwiches. Customer service was extremely poor and has gone downhill at this location compared to what it used to be. I’ve never had any issues at this location until today. owner was very rude, clearly doesn't know how to run a business. I would suggest finding someone else to run this place or shut it down.
