Overworked employees, attitude and skimping on ingredients.
They were closing as I walked up but the young man behind the counter stopped and says yes there were close but I'll help you you took my order and made my sub the sub was amazing the customer service was right on point. This is how you should treat a customer especially when your website says you're still open.
poor experience today! I was waiting in line because there was only one employee and he was helping a costumer and chatting with her and after 5 minutes he just turned to me and told me “oh excuse me Im going to my break right now” i understand that we all need a break from work but why he didn’t tell me before? I don’t have any issues with the ladies that work there but this guy need more communication skills and costumer service
