I purchased 4 foot long sandwiches via the app at the buy one get one free promo. I explained to the staff that I didn’t get that promo and was overcharged. Both staff members in the store didn’t know what to do or how to fix it. They didn’t even seem to understand my problem. The manager wasn’t in the store and had to call him. Ordered 8 footlong subs in app and requested it cut in 3 pieces. They did a good job packaging it separately and honoring my request!!
Mostly always opens late, after 8am. Staff very unfriendly, never says hi or goodmorning.
