Hours said 8:00am opening. Sat in the parking lot till 8:05am. App said they were still closed. Guess they need to manually turn on the app... Employees don't understand how to open on time. Lost another sale.
I purchased 4 foot long sandwiches via the app at the buy one get one free promo. I explained to the staff that I didn’t get that promo and was overcharged. Both staff members in the store didn’t know what to do or how to fix it. They didn’t even seem to understand my problem. The manager wasn’t in the store and had to call him.
