I visited this Subway location with my sister around 7:00–7:10 PM. We waited at the counter for about 10 minutes, but no employees were present to assist us. I checked to see if anyone was in the back and even tried the men’s restroom door, thinking an employee might be inside. When someone responded that it was occupied, he sounded rude and dismissive. The service was quite poor; she didn't know how to make the sandwich, and then she refused to correct it. It was clear she didn't want to help anyone.
I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. From the moment I walked in, the staff—particularly the woman working behind the counter—treated me with unnecessary attitude and hostility. I genuinely felt as if I had done something wrong just by being there. I’ve always liked Subway, but the behavior and customer service at this outlet were unacceptable.
