I’ve never had such a terrible experience at a Subway location. The staff here are shockingly rude and completely unprofessional. From the moment I walked in, I was met with attitude and eye rolls like I was inconveniencing them just by placing an order. They rushed me, ignored my questions, and acted like they were doing me a favor by just doing their job. No greeting, no thank you, no basic courtesy. I had a really disappointing experience at Subway recently. The staff clearly didn’t care at all—They were literally throwing the ingredients onto my sandwich like it was some kind of punishment. The final product looked like a mess and tasted even worse. What’s worse is the attitude—like I was getting the food for free. You can literally see 2 strand of onions, one tomato(should have been 3 for my 6”) Newsflash: I was paying for that meal. Never Coming Back If I could give this Subway 0 stars, I would. This used to be the most convenient location for my family — it’s the closest one to my house. But after what happened today, I would rather drive 15–20 minutes to a different location or eat Taco Bell than step foot in this store again. The woman behind the counter, who I later found out is actually the manager, yelled at my daughter and caused a huge scene in front of other customers. It was completely uncalled for.
