Whenever I got to the front, the guy who works there and took my order he had a attitude. If he didn't want to work,he should stay home.
Sheisters! The lady was rude when she made my sandwich. She hurried me along and provided lousy toppings. When she gave the total I tapped my card. I did not select to add a tip. Then she calls me back and ask me to tap again. And she added a tip to the total so I’m reporting as fraud to the bank. Go anywhere but here. Horrible people horrible service
We walked in there asked for a footlong with chicken and 1 side barbecue and 1 side ranch and 1 side add bacon and she tried charging me for 2 separate 6 inch for 15 dollars when I told her in the beginning I wanted a footlong. She could’ve just charged me extra for bacon, but she’s so greedy she wanted to charge me 15 dollars for 2 separate 6 inch and also their water dispenser was broken and it gave out lemonade. The service was not good, and the front staff did not have enough knowledge to answer questions related to the order. They asked us to cancel the order because the item we ordered was unavailable, but they were unsure about the refund process or any next steps. Their only response was, “We are not managers, we are workers, and we don’t have access." Finally, we had to call Uber Eats customer care ourselves, and the issue was resolved through them.
