I placed and paid for an online order and went to the store to pick it up. The manager claimed it was already picked up. I explained I had just arrived, and eventually, he handed me the food — but the way he spoke to me was unprofessional. I felt disrespected and humiliated. I’ve never had such an uncomfortable experience before. Subway should ensure their staff treats customers with courtesy and handles situations more professionally.

This place is clean. The worker greeted me with a smile and asked what I wanted. The food tasted so fresh and nice. I got a Ham sub. Edgar, the manager, takes good care of the food and takes special care of the food and attention. I would recommend it to my friend.
I had a horrible experience with the manager. His name was Edgar and he was super rude, very unprofessional and impolite. The other gentleman who was younger by the name Luca was great and understanding. The manager at this location is a rip off as they charge you extra for whatever and wherever they can And rip you off. I suggest going to another subway, but not this one. Trust me!!
