Unacceptable Service at Subway Location I went to this Subway location today at approximately 8:30 PM to pick up my online order. In the past week alone, the same staff member has made multiple mistakes with my order, including failing to toast the bread, adding incorrect ingredients, or leaving items out entirely. I ordered 4 sandwiches today and had a very rude experience with one of the workers. He spoke to my son in a dismissive way after he ordered, asking “how many more sandwiches are you ordering” when he said he was also ordering for his sister. He also told me, in a rude tone, that I should have told him to toast the bread and cheese earlier. The overall attitude came across as if he didn’t want to be there or deal with customers at all. Experiences like this make it unpleasant to come in.
