Gloria was great, she made my sandwich fantastic. I was scared because of the reviews. But I didn't get the kids the the reviews were talking about .
I have been a regular to this store for about 4+ years. I went this evening to order in-store. The person with the "blessedly" tattoo on his arm didn’t look too happy when I walked in—probably because I interrupted his phone time. He looked upset and kept mumbling something to himself. He left the bread on the counter like trash, literally threw the cheese slices top of each other onto the sandwich and burned the sandwich. Just went to subway Eldorado, 2 boys were server. 1 young men misbehave with us, he was not listening our order properly, we have food restrictions, he was using same gloves holding peperoni and salamai, didn't change his gloves for our order.. secondly he add chicken in our sandwich and then taking it out from again same gloves which he use for other meats.. upon telling him that we don't comfortable eating this food as you are using your hand to take out meat.. he was rude with us.
