The male owner (i think he’s the owner) and the older lady are just rude. You make a request to add additional items and are rudely told a bold lie of “no and it’s posted all over the store no substitutions, etc” with such attitude like it’s coming from their check! Whats wild is I said “I’ll pay extra of course” and was still met rudely with that reply when there is absolutely no posting of it whatsoever. (Beware of these looters)They charged 13$ for a veggie patty 6in just the sandwich? Like seriously i had a meal 6in with chips and drink in 12-13$ almost anywhere in Fresno thats ridiculous prices. And the lady at front she is rude they don’t know how to handle a customer. Not recommended
Front lady is super rude and didn’t treat us as a customer to use the restroom even tho we bought a soda and a cookie. The cookie was good tho
