Ordered cookies online white chocolate cookie but they sent raisin without even informing and I have allergies from raisins so irresponsible really bad service

We ordered 3 foot longs. The young lady that made them was very friendly and did a great job.
Kind, friendly ladies were busy, helpful and attentive, but manager kept coming out front and loudly berating the cashier who was working hard; hurriedly completing orders and refilling supplies. Instead of helping out, he continued criticizing everything she was doing in a very loud voice in front of customers where everyone in the restaurant could hear. This went on for quite a while. This abusive situation was hard to watch; it's frightening to imagine how he treats his employees when no customers are present.
