I’ve been in the area for a while and I’m really not surprised to see the amount of poor reviews. I’m not one to write a review but they jacked up the price and now I’m officially done with this place. Any other subway a foot long turkey breast sub is $13.50 after tax(my go to sub I got it last week so I know the price). This location charged me $16.94 for a classic sub. Terrible Service. ONLY 3 TOPPINGS ALLOWED? They say this to my mom for long time and others and to me without coupon or with, only 3 toppings, the owner is also angry always and doesnt care, ordered for 40 bucks and won't give me a bag -AVOID. Wouldn't even warn up ny philly cheese steak with extra steak and extra cheese I paid for, ridiculous.
This was my first and last visit to this location! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 ⸻ TRAIN YOUR STAFF!!! I asked for a well toasted and hot food, but the bread and cheese were not toasted properly. The cheese didn’t melt at all and was served COLD. The service was poor, and the staff’s behavior was unprofessional. When I asked to confirm if my order would be toasted, no one was available to respond. Even when I called, they insisted that this way of toasting (everything remains cold) was correct and that I was wrong.
I do not usually like leaving 1 star reviews but this place deserves it. The owner and the staff are committing fraud! Twice I have gotten coupons in the mail and brought them in to use. They scan the coupons twice and then tell me it has already been used. Avoid this place at all costs!
I don’t expect much from subway in general but I had to leave a review. Everybody is right, do not order from here. Drive to another location instead if you want a proper sandwich. Ordered twice from here now and they refuse to give an adequate amount of toppings. It’s like biting into plain bread with a few strands of lettuce. The staff also obviously doesn’t want to be there, can’t even say hi or thank you.
