It's Subway, so there isn't much expectation. The days of $5 foot longs are long over. Perhaps it was the price and nostalgia that made Subway seem much better back then. I never eat here unless there's a deal. Can't justify the price anymore.
Dinner time and have to wait 15 mins just to order. Should be at least 2 people working at dinner time 6:30pm on a weekday.
I placed an order online using the subway app and confirmed my order at 1:38 p.m. it said it would be ready by 1:55 p.m. I got to the store at 1: 56pm and I see a takeout bag behind the counter. I told employee I have a pickup and she looked and said oh it's not ready yet. There were still a couple customers ahead ordering and they didn't make my sandwich until all of the customers were served. I didn't get my sandwich until 2:15.
