I just bought a half footlong today, and it was the smallest portion I’ve had in the past ten years! I honestly don’t understand how this store got so many good reviews — or maybe it’s just me who was treated this way… Normally I can’t even finish the half footlong, but today I finished it and still felt hungry. If the owner sees this review, please make sure that Asian women customers are treated equally — we deserve the same portion sizes as everyone else.
I had a great experience at this Subway location yesterday. I asked for a Gluten Free Sub and the gentleman asked me if I had Celiac or just had a gluten intolerance. When I told him I had Celiac he immediately said he would be sanitizing the area. He cleaned everything and changed the knife and his gloves. Then he told me which toppings weren’t safe. I had a great experience at this Subway location! The restaurant was clean, well-organized, and had fresh ingredients. I was especially impressed with the excellent customer service provided by Diya Panchal. She was friendly, patient, and made my sandwich just the way I wanted it. Her attention to detail and positive attitude made my visit even better. I highly recommend this location and appreciate Diya’s great service!
