I come to this Subway all the time as it is the closest to my home and I most say that Vrunda is the most pleasant and helpful service worker there. She is always smiling and helpful especially when I cannot decide what I want to eat or forget what she told me previously and is always so patient and kind. She deserves a Raise and a medal. I came a few nights before closing and I guess the delivery drivers were late and they showed up with boxes and boxes of items that she had to pack and label by herself. Bought 2 for 20. Preparer only put 1/2 the required amount of toppings. Wont be back.
I just bought a half footlong today, and it was the smallest portion I’ve had in the past ten years! I honestly don’t understand how this store got so many good reviews — or maybe it’s just me who was treated this way… Normally I can’t even finish the half footlong, but today I finished it and still felt hungry. If the owner sees this review, please make sure that Asian women customers are treated equally — we deserve the same portion sizes as everyone else.
