Tried using the online coupon charged card twice and didn’t go through went up here and spoke to employee who basically said there was nothing she could do and no phone number for someone in a higher position. Very mad if you can’t help the customer then you should give information of someone in your store who can help!! Will not return
Ordered on the app, it charged my card than said the order wouldn't go through, so I called the store to see if they received my order and they had not. So I placed the order again, and once again it didn't go through but charged my card. The lady at the counter said there wasn't anything she could do and didn't have a number to give me to contact anyone. Clean subway , new spot
We attempted to order online but there was an issue with the website taking payment so we had to go to store and order. I had the 6 inch tuna and there was so much tuna on the sandwich, it was wet and dripping out the sides! You could barely eat it because the bottom of the sandwich busted from it being so wet I had to use a fork to scrape some of the tuna off the sandwich to eat it, I also ordered a churro for the first time.
