I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. The staff member I interacted with did not greet me properly, didn’t seem to know how to take an order, and clearly lacked the basic skills to prepare the food correctly. It felt like she has no sense of responsibility or customer care. Before serving customers, the team seriously needs proper training. I hope management takes this feedback seriously to improve the service
First time at this location, so idk if this is normal or not, but. I saw the employee sitting in a chair phone in hand and an airpod in when I walked in. She stood up, put the phone down, adjusted her hair, and touched her airpod to pause whatever it was she was watching/listening to. Then, put gloves on and greeted me. No hand washing?!? Gloves do not replace the hand washing step in food safety. I wanted to walk out right then, but after working 14 hours in my own restaurant, I was hungry and forgot to take a meal with me.
