Rude Female Employee. Does what she likes instead of asking what the paying customer likes. Management needs to train staff better unless Management IS the problem. May take this further to corporate.

I previously ordered a cold cut trio with meat, olives, pickles, and pepperoncini, and had been a regular customer due to the friendly service, particularly from the Asian lady. However, my last order was not satisfactory, and I politely informed her of the issue, explaining that I was willing to pay more for the meat. first time coming to this location and ladys were rude from the jump. they didnt recieve my order but i ahd places it 20 minutes pior to picking up and were very condescending asking if it was under a different name or location or when i asked for a refund. safe to say wont be back.
