Guy who helped us at lunch was so nice

Manager was very helpful and fixed my app issue
When we arrived on October 11th, around 9-10 pm, the girl working was sitting outside playing on her phone. When we arrived, she walked in carelessly, touching the floor with her hands, and then tried to serve us without washing her hands. She was nervous and irritable.
I usually go one a week and Katy and Meli always take good care of me! They make me feel special every time I go
