I've been patronizing this Subway for a long time but am realizing how messed up they view their customer base. They cancel door dash orders, don't honor discounted app orders and cancel them (with points or offers you EARN for making purchases), and are rude when you ask about it. My wife was also disrespected by the owner recently when she said she would go somehwere else for her order after he refused to honor a BOGO offer on their app. He said "Fine, waste ten dollars in gas". Waste of time. Does not participate in free sandwich promo although it says online they do. Been nice if I received a call before driving to location. But I did find one in manteca 7 minutes away
I came here a while ago and was very displeased about my experience. I went inside and ordered a wrap. When it came time to pay, the older Indian man told me that the chip reader didn’t accept bank of Stockton. It was my only form of payment and there should be a sign or have the chip reader fixed. Very weird. I told him I couldn’t pay for it and he made me feel uncomfortable by staring me down until I found a way to pay for it. It was the most uncomfortable situation.
