I’ve ordered from this Subway location several times using the mobile app and have never had issues before, but my experience on 3/5/26 around 11:45 AM was extremely frustrating due to poor customer service and how the situation was handled. I placed and paid for a mobile order through the Subway app and received a confirmed pickup time. entered this establishment and was immediately greeted with a warm smile and welcome. As I placed my order, KJ was polite, attentive, and patient. He even offered thoughtful suggestions to make my meal more enjoyable. What could have been an ordinary trip to a sandwich shop turned into a truly delightful experience. It’s not often you encounter such respectful and mature teenagers these days, and this was genuinely a breath of fresh air.
Went in for a quick sandwhich for dinner before heading to work! I had the pleasure of being served by Dominick. He made my sandwhich amazing, very kind and sweet had a nice conversation with him. You don’t see that in kids these days! Place was very clean and sandwhich was fresh. If you want good service this subway has amazing staff! Thank you Dominick for everything
Went in tonight for a quick dinner after work and left with a great impression! Dominick had great customer service, made a delicious subs and had a nice clean environment.
