Walked in to order and was told I had to wait 20 minutes to be served because she had online orders to fulfill. Absolutely terrible policy and customer service.
They will sometimes not start your online order until you get there which completely defeats the point of ordering online. They won’t start making it until you let them know you ordered online once you get to the store.
Very ambient, experienced staff, they make good sandwiches.
