I’ve been two times here and in both got a stomach virus or something, the first I wasn’t sure if it was because of the subway but then a second time confirmed it. These people might not be following the health guidelines. On top of that the first time the employees were arguing and one of them almost quit on the spot.
So apparently Subway is charging you $1 extra if you want extra or more than 3 veggies on your sandwich. As the lady was putting my sandwich together she tells me it's an extra charge for more veggies. I inquired about that asking where the signage was that said they're charging extra. She says there isn't one but they have to let the customers know. Staff is very rude. While making the sub. For the kid they put too much hot sauce when asked. When we ask for do slices of cucumber and tomatoes. They said we dont do that. And said u want the sub or not. They treated us like we are begger here. So bad experience today.
They only indulge in making online orders. Customer service is too bad
