I don’t usually provide feedback for fast food restaurants unless they fall into two categories 1) Excellent in all regards or 2) Never coming back. Each and every customer is greeted with a warm and sincere acknowledgment. And in a lightning fast pace their sandwiches are assembled, wrapped, and rung up. The store is always clean and during the very brief moments when there isn’t a customer placing an order the ladies are restocking and/or cleaning. I visited this place around 3:00PM today and was shocked by the terrible service. I started ordering and an employee behind the counter stared at me, then walked away without saying a word. I was about to leave when another employee appeared and took my order. I'm not asking to bend over backwards for me, but complete ignorance is way too rude even by today's standards.
Everyone knows Subway. But I'm reviewing the amazing service and cleanliness of this location near my work. The manager is always on top of things and constantly cleaning. Even the food looks neatly cut and placed vs any subway I've ever been to.
