When ordering from the app, if you select toasted, they only toast the bread. That doesn't make sense because when ordering at the counter, "toasted" usually means the bread, meat and cheese are toasted together without you needing to specify. It doesnt help to put the request in the special instructions either. If you want a hot sandwich, you'd do better ordering in person.
Very disappointing. For a veg delite sandwich, the veggies were extremely minimal. It honestly felt like eating plain bread. Staff seemed rushed and didn’t listen, even after asking for extra sauce, which was barely added. Not the quality I expect from Subway.
