They straight up REFUSED to accept my PERFECTLY VALID coupon when I tried to order. Manager was RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. I showed her my coupon, and She refused to make my sandwiches when I ordered. Never coming here again. Spread the word!

When you ask for a side of Baja Sauce but they tell you rudely no. That I’f I need sauce Walmart sells it, and when I ask if I can pay for it as a side of sauce they say no. The owner is really nice person but the employees are rude and have an attitude.

I wanted to take a moment to write a review to appreciate the workers, Ariyan and Nazi who were on shift. I ordered on the mobile app 2-19-25 around 12pm, and when I arrived at the store to pick up, the app had not sent my order through to their end, so nothing was available in their system showing I ordered. It was a system error, and they had not received my order or payment even though I had been charged and was instructed to pick up. Always go to this subway as it’s close to my home. However they always make mistakes when I order online. People pick the wrong to go order and staffs won’t care. DoorDash picked my order, and staffs just told me it’s not ready. After 30 min they finally said DoorDash mistakenly took it. However their manager refused to make my order first but dealt with DoorDash customer service first to fix the order. I understand fixing the order it’s important, but keep customer waiting for 1 hour for a sandwich?!?! I literally waited fo... read more
