This is regarding deliveries only. The day shift employees often prepare the orders incorrectly. I am missing 3 things. The cheese, sauce, and parmesan topping. If a location is out of stock of certain items, they shouldn’t be accepting those orders. Evening staff, you’re amazing!
Terrible experience, you can’t dine in, just 1 guy working and he wasn’t very friendly at all
Service. I recommend East Side Deli, where I’ll be going from now on (and it’s local).
Truly terrible experience. We show up over an hour before they close and they cannot serve meatballs nor can they cancel the online order. They also stopped me half way through eating my sandwich to let me know I had to leave because the place closes (in an hour) at 10 PM. The guy behind the counter seemed genuinely aggravated by our presence and by the requirement to do their job.
