WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE in 35 years as a customer. Wowza. The short guy with the accent that was closing on Sunday night march 29 made sure to let me know that he was extremely angry that I went in. Literal rage full eyes. All they had was shredded cheese for every sandwich. Shredded cheese does not belong on sandwiches ended up leaving because I didn’t want my sandwich made with anger. Horrible customer service horrible.
I had a terrible experience here. The woman with tattoos on her face was extremely rude and kicked me out just for trying to get some water. There was no reason for that kind of attitude, especially over something so small. Customers should be treated with basic respect, and that definitely didn’t happen. I won’t be coming back.
Worst customer service EVER at a Subway or anywhere. 1130 Monday March 2. Had a coupon for a 6 inch meal deal which was valid and he wouldn't accept it. It was lunch time and he was the only person working. I said the coupon is valid. He said he couldn't honor it. I said ok ill get the meatball as it was the deal of the day. I don’t know the food , but the customer service is really terrible I was there to get my order February 26 /2026 at 9:30 pm and i asked to the guy about drink he was verry verry verry verry rude he said i can’t remember i don’t know and he said he can’t help me and its not my job to give you order i never had this much bad experience from any place that was terrible experience
