Store was clean, employees were friendly, and food was good!
I think it’s nuts that a BUSINESS does not have a phone in their store. Made a mobile order yesterday, after I picked it up, I had to take a sandwich back because one was made improperly. Couldn’t call the business because again, no phone but when I got there, the girl who made it was not very happy. She had an attitude and didn’t say anything to me. NOT even sorry here’s the right sandwich. NOTHING. I will not be back to this location.
Catering ended up taking an hour longer for our order than they originally said, wasting our time.
Ordered through the mobile app around 3pm during a lunch break. There was one employee out front stocking and the store was dead otherwise. My sub was made on time but did not include the fountain drink and the toppings did not follow the portions specified in the app. I let the employee stocking know the order was missing an item and after a couple seconds they asked me if I was missing any items, totally missing what I had just told them.
