Manager is lucky I didn’t go in with my daughter. Clearly he has a problem when it comes to females walking into his establishment. Weird power dynamic where he feels the need to hit on them. Hopefully the owner does something about this manager, he’s been out of control for a while now.
Food is fine but have had several mistakes after customizing my sub on the app. Tall, blond male worker asked for my number twice- very unprofessional and creepy! Saw multiple other reviews about him as well. New employees seem to need more training too.
TERRIBLE! Ordered online for pickup and paid for extra pepperoni just for them to not add it to my sub. Tried to call the store for a solution and they only offered a refund for the $1 pepperoni charge. My coworker's sandwich was wrong too and they wanted her to bring the opened sub back to the store to get a refund. A simple coupon or refund credit would've been better. Seemed like the staff did not know what they were doing. DO NOT RECOMMEND this location.
One person running the place. After waiting 20 minutes I went accross the street to JJ's and had a sandwich in 5 minutes. Owner needs to employ some employees, fix the ice machine, address some food quality concerns and work with employees to master speed and time management / efficiency. This wont do. There are multiple sandwich shops a short distance away that understand the business. Folks have lunch breaks and limited time to get a sandwich.
