I pre-ordered online. Didn't notice until I was long gone that they gave me the wrong drink and did NOT give me the extra mayo that I paid extra $ for! And no napkins! They put everything in a taped shut bag and I was in a rush so there was no way to know until I was gone and opened the bag.

I placed an order through the app, and it indicated a 20-minute preparation time from the moment I placed the order. However, while tracking the order in the app, it vanished without any record of it being processed. Fortunately, I went to the store, and they had the order ready. Regrettably, the order was incorrect and contained the wrong type of cheese and was not toasted. This experience reinforces my limited patronage of Subway.
