The subway was great, very helpful, very convenient, inside a convenience store right at the lake. Which is perfect for lake trips. Will be back.
Older gentleman and young girl working behind the counter on 5/22/25 at 6:30pm. They both were extremely rude. We were getting dinner for our family but seemed like we were inconveniencing them. There was no line behind us so it’s not like it was busy. I will avoid going to this location again for subway.
I recently visited a Subway location that completely raised the bar for what I expect from this chain. Rob was such a delight from the moment I walked in, the place was spotless, and the smell of freshly baked bread instantly made me hungry. What truly stood out was how fresh everything was—from the crisp lettuce to the perfectly sliced meats and cheeses. The staff was friendly, efficient, and clearly took pride in their work. Better than south phx but trash with all things considered. Asked to try the footling chicken cheese dipper they heated it up but the cheese dip was ice cold. Anywhere else would've heated up they just refused. Claimed they never do that. Everywhere else has before. Idk if I'll be returning. To be honest all of The restaurant combos inside walmart suck. Do better guys.
The two girls working at this location should either get customer service training or find something that doesn’t involve dealing with people. It’s a sandwich not that hard. And yet they made the process extremely difficult and then tried to gaslight the situation that I was the problem for wanting my paid for sandwich my way. When I declined the meal deal apparently that was rude and disrespectful. If this is how you want to lose customers great way of achieving it. Yikes
