Ordered online, showed up to the subway in a timely matter to pick up. I've ordered multiple times at this location and never had a problem before today, when we arrived order wasn't ready which is okay, but after a few minutes of waiting a worker approached us and said someone called to cancel our order. The ladies in there were friendly and polite. The problem I had was the bread was hard, crusty, and stale taste to it. I ordered three six inch sandwiches and the bread was the same for all of them. It wasn't a very good sandwich at all.
The subway was great, very helpful, very convenient, inside a convenience store right at the lake. Which is perfect for lake trips. Will be back.
Older gentleman and young girl working behind the counter on 5/22/25 at 6:30pm. They both were extremely rude. We were getting dinner for our family but seemed like we were inconveniencing them. There was no line behind us so it’s not like it was busy. I will avoid going to this location again for subway.

Rob was such a delight from the moment I walked in, the place was spotless, and the smell of freshly baked bread instantly made me hungry.
