The employees deserve 4-5 Star. This particular franchise owner deserves a 1. Consistently denying use of coupons and adjusting their prices to be 1-2 dollars more expensive then every other subway. The final straw was going in today to use a coupon I was sent in the mail and being told it was actually 1 dollar more than the PRINTED and Mailed coupon. Does the owner just not like having business?
