Madelyn was super awesome, very welcoming and kind. She made sure we got our food in a timely manner, and had a great attitude overall!
I arrived around 2:45 p.m. on September 9th to find a long line of customers with only one employee on duty. The employee handled the situation very professionally, working efficiently and maintaining composure under pressure. After attending to all customers, he promptly started restocking the chips shelf and completing other tasks. Whenever a new customer entered, he would pause, wash his hands, and assist them quickly. I went this morning to get a platter for work. I haven’t been in subway for a while so ordering was not easy as I thought the breakfast platters would be egg and cheese and ready quickly. It was the complete opposite.
