I ordered online and when I got to the store they were closed. There was a sign on the door that said the water was out and they would remain closed the rest of the day. It also said all online orders would be automatically refunded by the following day. It's been over a week and I still haven't got a refund. Dam thieves they got no shame. I hope you guys go bankrupt.
Quick & seamless transaction. Ordered on app and picked up perfect sandwich moments later.
I picked up a mobile order and when I got home my son's juice and apple sauce was missing. I called the store and they apologized and told me they got me next time I go in. So I return the following week to pick up another mobile order and was told they can't give me nothing anymore to check my bag next time. What terrible customer service this the last time I go to this location.
