My bf and I have been coming to this subway for a long time as it’s the closest one to home for us. It’s usually fine, service,food everything was fine. Moral of this whole thing ….so sometimes we come in and have to pay extra for veggies/customization and sometimes we don’t? Sometimes you take coupons, and sometimes you don’t? Make up your mind? Small sandwich.... And expensive...
The worker Aritzi made absolutely no sense! Tried to order a sandwich listed on the menu and simply change the cheese from provolone to American as we ALWAYS do but was told we can’t do that and will have to order a build your own instead if we want to change cheese or add any other veggies! Yet when we order online from the SAME location we have the option to change cheese and add other veggies for same price!!
