If I could give it a “0”, I would. It’s Thursday when we walk in around 6:30PM and one girl is making online orders, only she doesn’t say a word to us the whole time. Then after 10 min or so of us waiting, another girl strolls out from the back, and I ask if the sign that says “Buy 1 Footlong, get one for 50%” is still good. The sign says, “In-store purchases only”. The girl says to me, “No, that’s only online”. I point to the sign and say, “It literally says IN-STORE”. Advertised to close at 11pm and it is 9pm and they aren’t even open.
They wrap everything up an hour early. Hard to order and see everything. I like Wawa better because it shows you everything on the computer, and you can just order it straight from there instead of the employees. Many people don’t have customer service skills. Plus the food tastes fresher at Wawa. Back in the day when Subway got this new container for meat or whatever it’s called to keep the meat temperature it tasted amazing, but I haven’t been there in over a year and it did not taste well.
