I had ordered two tuna sub and it was supposed to have a sauce that they didn’t put on there. I also called the restaurant 5 times to see if they could just toast it and got a cold sub because they didn’t answer. I love subway but this was unacceptable service.
I had such a great experience at Subway today thanks to Shannon! She was so kind and made my sandwich perfectly. Her positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out. Thank you for the great service!
