The guy is mainly talking on the phone and not helping clients. Also he is being rude to people right now.
I visited this subway today around 9:10pm and the girl who was working had such a poor customer service like she was making my order in so much of anger and was so rude. Having such kind of customer service is not a great thing for a business. Crew should be trained well on how to talk to a customer!!!
