I visited this subway today around 9:10pm and the girl who was working had such a poor customer service like she was making my order in so much of anger and was so rude. Having such kind of customer service is not a great thing for a business. Crew should be trained well on how to talk to a customer!!!

I ordered a large Subway salad from Subway South Melbourne via Uber Eats and it was honestly a joke. I left clear notes asking for extra sauce and extra salad, and what I received was the complete opposite. The container wasn’t even filled to the top -. Pretty disappointing experience at Subway today. They had run out of multiple salads, which really defeats the purpose of a fresh sandwich. Hope they improve their stock management—customers expect better.
